Why alluvia solutions? Bridging the gap
I started Alluvia Solutions because I saw a gap that needed filling — on both sides. As an international student in Leicester myself, I experienced firsthand how hard it is to find legal, fairly paid work. Too many students are forced into cash-in-hand jobs with no rights, no holiday pay, and no security. At the same time, local employers in warehousing, cleaning, and hospitality were telling me they struggled to find reliable, vetted staff — and hated the admin burden of payroll and compliance.
Our unique solution
That's when the idea clicked: why not build a business that solves both problems? Alluvia Solutions offers professional cleaning services to homes and businesses while also providing ethical, PAYE-employed temporary staff to the same sectors. Our cleaners and temp workers are often international students themselves — people who are motivated, hardworking, and grateful for legal employment. For employers, we take away the stress of recruitment and compliance. For workers, we offer fair pay.
